Accessibility Information
For Accessibility tickets and PA/ Carer tickets please contact Ticketmaster via your Ticketmaster Account.
If you don’t wish to apply for an Accessibility ticket, but would like access to the facilities such as car parking and toilets, please register with Ticketmaster here. Once you have registered, please email access@festivalrepublic.com with your AAR (which you will recieve when Ticketmaster verify your documents) and a member of staff will contact you accordingly. Please contact us well in advance. We will not be able to accommodate requests received less than 7 days prior to the event. Anyone turning up on the day without making prior arrangements may not be able to access all of our facilities. We will always try to accommodate any late requests.
VIEWING PLATFORM
There will be a purpose built raised viewing platform at the Main Stage and at Stage 2, with an accessible ramp. Please note that space in these areas is limited and we operate a strict 1+1 policy to access the accessible viewing platforms.
However, please bear in mind that priority in this area is given to wheelchair users / patrons who have booked accessible tickets and should the area become extremely busy carers may be required to move off or move to the back of the platform to make room for additional wheelchairs. Please note outdoor platforms are not covered, so please plan for all types of weather.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
Where possible, an accessible toilet should be located beside the viewing platform and its use is restricted to Disabled Access customers. Please note service vehicles cannot access the toilets to service them during the day, due to safety issues relating to large vehicles being used around crowds. While we strive for the highest standards, and employ cleaners as well as service vehicles, please be aware this is not a sanitised environment.
ACCESSIBLE CAR PARK
Disabled Access customer parking is in the College Road car park. Please register your access requirements with Ticketmaster and contact accessireland@festivalrepublic.com to register. Please send your AAR number, which you will recieve once Ticketmaster have verified your documents.
TEMPORARY INJURIES / IMPAIRMENTS
The scheme and disabled facilities are not open to those with temporary injuries such as broken bones, healing wounds and women who are pregnant. However, we do review each request individually so please email access@festivalrepublic.com in good time to enquire about your specific requirement. Please contact us well in advance. Anyone turning up on the day without making prior arrangements may not be able to access all of our facilities. However, we will always try to accommodate any late requests.
